Creole Jambalaya

House made Jambalaya 'Creole Style' (with tomatoes). 

We start from scratch with fresh 'trinity' (chopped bell peppers, celery and yellow onions), then cooked down and simmered with chicken, house smoked andouille sausage, spices and .......shhhhh...... lager beer!

NOLA stands for New Orleans, LA and we have been told by real southerners that ours is better than you can get down there!

 

Freshly chopped 'Trinity', chicken, house smoked andouille, shrimp, and okra in a rich brown roux.

A MUST HAVE for serving with Gumbo, Red Beans, Étouffée and Sauce Piquant.  Freshly cooked and flavorful Basmati.  

For best result, warm the rice and your entrée separately, then combine and enjoy!
