Steel Wheels/Dining Car #423 is looking for a part time or full time cook/prep assistant. The position will be responsible for preparing and delivering food to customers. Duties of this position are prepping, prioritizing and filling orders in a manner to ensure customers have a satisfying and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have prior home or food service cooking experience and/or culinary training with a focus on quality and creativity. Schedule is flexible, but dependability and accountability are a must. Current hours of operation are 4PM to 9PM Tuesday through Sunday with special holiday and event hours as required.
